By using this Website or by placing any purchase orders through this Website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. Only upon acceptance of the terms & conditions mentioned herein, you will be entitled to submit electronic orders. Any violation of the terms will result in termination of your account.
By registering with the Website you can access or view the prices, product inventories, and submit purchase orders electronically. You are responsible for using the Website in a private and secure manner. We will not be liable for any damage or loss caused from any unauthorized account access resulting from your actions, such as not logging out of the account or sharing your account password. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel an account at any time.
You have the right to cancel an order up to 5 minutes from placing the order on our website. BLUEFINLIVE.COM-CLASSIC TADING AND SERVICES reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms contained in these terms & conditions, at any time. Any such modifications or changes will immediately become effective upon posting of such changes. Your continued access or use of this Website will imply your full acceptance of the same. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms & Conditions and additional terms or notices posted on the Website.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and if you have paid online, we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Qatar. We also do accept the orders through phone calls.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within given time frame or we shall inform you accordingly.
All orders will take minimum 2-3 hours from the order placement as mentioned in the website which may vary as per the stock and market conditions.
Time of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website.
Upon confirmed orders, as per the delivery schedule and instructions provided by customer, The products are hygienically processed and delivered to your doorstep by temperature controlled Reefer Vehicles. Air temperature of delivery vehicle 0°C to +5°C is maintained always.
Payment Teams and Processing Fees
To facilitate the transactions we have provided our customers with different payment options such as cash on delivery or online payment debit or credit card.(online payment provided and protected through NOQOODI payment gateway)
Shipping costs are based on the total amount of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
First: Customers seeking a refund or exchange on goods must present an original invoice. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Second: The following refund or exchange procedures and deadlines apply:
Goods can be returned within 1 day from the date of purchase.
Goods must be in the original packaging and all accessories must be included including price tags, catalogues, and any complimentary items provided.
Goods bought on sale or special offer will not be refunded or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Third: The following items cannot be exchanged, and refunds will not be issued:
Goods that have been altered or merchandise that has been damaged.
Merchandise that has been damaged owing to ill-use, except if a factory defect is present.
Merchandise which is not in its original condition.
There is no warranty on our products/ merchandise as it is the fresh fish and meat. (Items damaged during delivery will be replaced)
If the products are damaged before delivery, BLUEFINLIVE.COM-CLASSIC TADING AND SERVICES will be responsible to rearrange the products for the customers with actual conditions and freshness.
We don’t accept any cancellation or refund for the product that is delivered and used.
If there are any issues with the product delivered, the customers should contact our customers within 30 minutes after the delivery and address the issues. We will then inspect the issues and do the needful.

Damaged Items in Transport:
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at email@example.com and return the products.
